Q. How are the roses delivered?
A. Rosesnboxes.com currently ships all packages via FedEx overnight to ensure freshness. Our roses are wrapped in cellophane paper and shipped in our cushion proof box to ensure freshness during delivery. Flower food and your personal message are enclosed with your order.

Q. What days of the week we deliver?
A. We deliver every day except Sundays, Mondays and major US holidays.

Q. What is the cutoff time for next day deliveries?
A. Orders for next-day delivery must be placed the day before the requested delivery date by 6:00PM Eastern Time

Q. What time will the roses arrive?
A. Rosesnboxes.com ensures that all shipments reach business addresses by 5pm. Residential addresses will arrive at any time in the day up to 8pm.

Q. How much are shipping charges?
A. Standard shipping charges for delivery Monday through Friday are $14.99. For Saturday delivery, add and extra $10.00 to the standard delivery charge.

Q. What happens if I supply a wrong address?
A. Shipping address changes after order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge. Please be very careful when providing delivery details.

Q. Where do we deliver?

Q. What happens if recipient is not present at time of delivery?
A. If recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery FedEx will leave the package if no one is home; a signature is not required.
